Silent Square EVO supports the Intel® Core™ 2 Extreme/Core™ 2 Quad Quad-core CPU (LGA 775) and AMD Athlon™ 64 FX/X2 Dual-Core processors (939/940/AM2). PWM function automatically modulates 9cm fan speed according to CPU temperature and delivers a quiet cooling at a mere 22dBA.

Inner Fan
The fan positioned inside the frame for maximum airflow and VRM shield guides cool air to critical components around the CPU for stable operation.

Fast Heat Transfer
The "wave-shaped" double side fin design on both sides of the cooler for larger heat exchange area, and combined of the copper base and five copper heat pipes can efficiently transfer the heat to the fins, maintaining the temperature for high-performance computing and stable operation.
